If you like CUB products you'll be well served here as they have the standard fare from 20 years ago. If you're after decent beer you should probably try somewhere else such as The Marketplace. Can't comment on wine/spirits as I don't purchase them.

The people who work here know what they are doing. I recently needed white and red wine for cooking and was lost. The man working helped me pick affordable wines that were perfect in my chicken and beef pies !
